the first city of Cyberia, built from first principles,

The project began in 2021 with a simple acquisition of land in one of the most
pristine locations on Earth. By 2023 the first completely off-grid home stood
finished, and the real experiment started: learning how a civilization lives
when it gives back more than it takes.
Comfortable independent life here costs less than an average car. Clean energy is
harnessed rather than purchased. The stars are visible every night. Everything
learned is published openly — so anyone, anywhere, can start their own city
from real knowledge.
